“ we have lived in the monroe area near downtown for almost 3 years now and never knew this little gem of a place was here! my jaw dropped when i walked in was was greeted by such friendly staff and soaking in all the cool stuff on the walls, and the hella good smells coming from the kitchen! the food was absolutly incredible, the selection of items you could tell came from a true foodie who likes to cook creatively. a majority of the things on the menu are house made and that’s what i look for in a bomb place to eat. the vibes were just spot on and i can’t wait to go back!!!!!! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!! also A for some vegan options! ”
“ Been to Frank’s a few times now. The food is fantastic. Coffee is also great. The atmosphere is weird, but I think that’s by design! Very eclectic environment. Would go again. ”
“ The place is not huge inside, but there is plenty of of room outside. The food is great, the Bahn You and the Pimpy Longstocking are amazing. Great selection of beers and they also have some cool knick knacks. If you're in Monroe, don't skip this place. ”
“ This place has good vibes and friendly service. Me and my friends popped in on a Saturday and it was super chill. Got the steak sandwich and it was good af. Also the apple cranberry cobbler was good maybe a 7.5/10. We also got some beer & wine. It was a great place to spend time with friends. ”
“ My friend suggested that I go there with my daughter for lunch! This place is amazing! Love the vibe and energy! The staff is very friendly and helpful! We ordered the Thai chicken wrap. We omitted a few ingredients and asked for the sauces on the side. The wrap was delicious! We will definitely make the 1hr 45 minutes road trip to eat here again. ”
“ Sept 2022: Such a cool place! We didn't find it until the end of June but we've been SO many times since. Sunday brunch was yummy. Monday's Scandal was scandalously good. Taco Tuesday's street tacos were terrific. Wednesday's Big Ass Burritos were DEFINITELY big ass burritos. Thursday's free "wine" tasting was informative. (We tasted sake, which we'd never had before.) Friday's Brisket was to die for. Saturday's, I'm in and out for drinks and food while playing PokemonGo! The atmosphere, camaraderie, and overall sense of being "at home" in this place will bring you back again and again! (It obviously did ME anyway!) July 2022: we are still regulars at East Frank because it's not just a food place. It's also the hangout for old, and new, friends, and chosen family. I would never have thought that people eating at a restaurant or going out for drinks would become family, but they did. This place also has Trivia and Drag nights that are great fun for all! Nov 2024: We still love EF for their food and fun atmosphere. They have a lot of the same familiar menu but add new delicious items in constantly. ”
